Dispense four to eight pumps of product, depending on the length and thickness of your hair. Apply to wet hair and vigorously massage, starting at the scalp and then through to the ends of the hair. If your hair has extra buildup, rinse and repeat as necessary.

What is a co-wash and how often should I use it?
A co-wash is a non-foaming, conditioning, and hydrating cleanser. It should be used in rotation with a foaming cleanser 1-2 times per week to gently cleanse hair without stipping it of necessary oils.
Why doesn't this product foam, I thought it was a shampoo?
